| Spanish abstract | El estudio del emprendimiento es un asunto que concierne a la psicología, desde este punto de vista el término se define como “una habilidad o atributo personal de la conducta de un sujeto que puede definirse como característica de su comportamiento y, bajo la cual, el comportamiento orientado a la tarea puede clasificarse de forma lógica y fiable”. Uno de los modelos desde la psicología para comprender el emprendimiento lo articula por medio de tres características principales: la capacidad de innovación, la proactividad y el valor para afrontar riesgo o incertidumbre. | English abstract | The study of entrepreneurship is a matter related to psychology. From this point of view, the term is defined as “a skill or personal attribute of the behavior of a subject that can be defined as property of his/her behavior and, under which the task-oriented behavior can be classified in a logical and reliable way.” One of the models from psychology to understand the enterprise articulates it through three main features: the ability of innovation, pro-activity, and the courage to face risk or uncertainty.
