| Spanish abstract | El propósito de este estudio fue reconstruir la planificación y ejecución de la investigación en equipo desde la perspectiva del paradigma cualitativo. Para lograrlo se realizó una investigación de campo dentro del método etnográfico, aplicando la técnica de la observación directa a cinco Líneas de Investigación de la Universidad Simón Rodríguez y la entrevista a nueve investigadores. Del análisis de la información se obtuvo como resultado que durante la planificación los investigadores establecen objetivos a seguir, proyectos, actividades a considerar en el cronograma de lapso. Durante la dirección y ejecución, motivan al personal para investigar, presentar proyectos, elaborar artículos, compartir conocimientos, entre otros. En conclusión, se puede afirmar que los procesos de planificación y ejecución de la investigación se realiza en equipo, lo que propicia un indagar y aprendizaje en colectivo |
| English abstract | The purpose of this study was to reconstruct the planning and execution of research in teams from the paradigmatic qualitative perspective. In order to do this field research was undertaken using the ethnographicmethod, and by applying a direct observation technique to five fields of research at the Simon Rodriguez University. Nine researchers were also interviewed. The results obtained from the analysis of the information indicate that during the planning, researchers must establish objectives to pursue, projects to be undertaken, and activities to consider in the chronogram over time. During the direction and execution of the research, they must motivate researchers to realize their activities, present projects, write articles, and share knowledge, etc. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that the processes of planning and execution of research be undertaken as a team, which would promote collective research and learning |
