| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo tiene por objeto reflexionar en torno a la mayor inserción de la performance como contenido en el currículum básico de la Educación Artística Escolar a nivel secundario en Latinoamérica. Para ello, primeramente se recopilan las razones que justificarían esta proposición. A continuación se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación en base a los currículos mínimos elaborados a nivel estatal. | English abstract | The purpose of this essay is to reflect about the possibility of a greater insertion of performance art as a content into the basic curriculum of Arts Education at secondary level in Latin America. In order to do that, the first step is to gather the reasons that justify this proposition. Next, a diagnosis of the situation is made based on the minimum curricula developed at regional level. Finally, recommendations and basic suggestions to incorporate this content into secondary education are given, taking into account its peculiarities and context |
