| English abstract | The drastic changes that are occurring in the world we live in oblige organizations to be ever more competitive in the face of this reality, and this entails the need for the people who constitute them to be more efficient and capable of giving of themselves to the collective well-being of the organization. From this perspective, this article presents some new tendencies in leadership. The article considers the necessity that within the educative institutions there exist leadership styles that guarantee the transformation of the organization and the development of its people |
