| Portuguese abstract | Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a legislação de estágio no Brasil, desde sua institucionalização até a atualidade, como forma de apresentar as alterações que promoveram a inserção do estágio no processo educacional como um componente curricular. Trata-se de uma pesquisa histórica e comparativa de abordagem dialética, cujos dados foram coletados em fontes primárias e secundárias. O resultado evidenciou que, ao longo da história, houve uma evolução positiva no que diz respeito à concepção de estágio como componente curricular, bem como na relação entre o estudante, a empresa e a escola. |
| English abstract | This article aims to analyze the legislation of internship in Brazil since its institutionalization until today as a way to introduce changes that promoted the internship integration in the educational process as a curriculum component. It is a historical and comparative study of dialectical approach whose data were collected from primary and secondary sources. The result showed that throughout history there have been positive developments regarding the concept of internship as a curricular component as well as the relationship between students, companies and schools. |
