| Spanish abstract | Al definir los Proyectos Educativos Institucionales (PEI), la preocupación no debe limitarse a cumplir con una exigencia más expresada en la Legislación Educativa. Ha de ser la oportunidad de hacer una propuesta seria y consistente, orientada hacia el cambio de las costumbres sociales imperantes. Se pretende, entonces, presentar una posibilidad de modelización de PEI, cimentada en la concepción de que la Constitución Política colombiana de 1991 es la herramienta más eficaz para desarrollar una formación en el ser humano coherente con el momento actual que vive esta sociedad |
| English abstract | When designing the Institutional Educational Projects (IEP), the concern shouldn’t be only to comply with the demands on the educational legislation; it must be an opportunity to present a serious and consistent alternative oriented towards the change into the prevailing social customs. It seeks then, to design an Institutional Educational Project model based on the clear concept that the Constitution of 1991 is the most effective tool to develop the formation in human beings, consistent with the present time that our society is living |
