English abstract | The present study analyzes the reconfigurations of teaching work on the sanitary emergence by covid-19 in the state of Chihuahua. The qualitative research concludes that pandemic affected the teacher"s personal and work life; while the educational policy actions to address the pandemic, far from strengthening teaching as a profession, have contributed to its deterioration. |
Spanish abstract | El presente estudio analiza las reconfiguraciones del trabajo docente ante la emergencia sanitaria por covid-19 en el estado de Chihuahua. De la investigación cualitativa se concluye que la pandemia afectó la vida personal y laboral del profesorado; mientras, las acciones de política educativa, lejos de fortalecer la docencia como profesión han contribuido a su deterioro. |
