Resumen en inglés The problem of autism can be tackled from to perspectives: 1) From the subject itself: the basic assumption is that the autistic subject turns to himself that is his psychic reality is only valid for him. Therefore, there is no world, or people but him. He creates a world outside the world, which we categorize as the real world, 2) the second premise states that although the autistic subject constructs a valid inner world, it is not autonomous itself. There is dialectic between the inner world and the reality of the subject. External events shape the inner world stating its premises from them. Thus, the inner reality helps constructing visions from a dialect process with the outside. How a diagnosis is constructed in a child who does not look at us? The problem is not the child; he is not going to look back, anyway. Even worse, if diagnosis of autism is set prematurely, this won’t solve the problem, it would be framed by stigma and classification. Diagnosis problems emerge when it comes to autism, exacerbating the attempt to determine the cause
