| Resumen en inglés | The work addresses the problem of the management of the training of novice teachers in the General Pedagogical Training Department DFPG. It is the result of the doctoral thesis that is part of the research project: strategic management in the improvement of organizational learning at the Enrique José Varona University of Pedagogical Sciences (UCPEJV), integrated to the Network of Strategic Management in Higher Education (RDEES). Objective: to present a strategy focused on organizational learning that contributes to the improvement of the management of the training of novice teachers in the DFPG. The research adheres to the mixed approach by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. |
| Resumen en español | El trabajo aborda, la problemática de la gestión de la formación de los profesores noveles, en el Departamento Formación Pedagógica General DFPG. Es resultado de la tesis doctoral que forma parte del proyecto de investigación: la dirección estratégica en el perfeccionamiento del aprendizaje organizacional de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas Enrique José Varona (UCPEJV), integrado a la Red de Dirección Estratégica en la Educación Superior. (RDEES). Objetivo: presentar una estrategia centrada en el aprendizaje organizacional que contribuya al perfeccionamiento de la gestión de la formación de los profesores noveles en el DFPG. La investigación se adhiere al enfoque mixto al combinar métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos.Abstract: The work addresses the problem of the management of the training of novice teachers in the General Pedagogical Training Department DFPG.
