| Resumen en español | La sociedad de consumo actual necesita para mantener su nivel de vida y de comodidad un alto consumo energético. Actualmente, el reto se basa en buscar el desarrollo sostenible, manteniendo el nivel de actividad, de transformación y de progreso, pero ajustado a las necesidades existentes y evitando el derroche energético. Por tanto, el siguiente artículo es una revisión sobre temas generales sobre la crisis energética y la influencia que esta a tenido en los procesos del desarrollo de las sociedades, la dependencia que se ha tenido de este recurso; por ende, las energías renovables es una alternativa de solución como respuesta a muchos problemas que se han enfrentado las ciudades. Gracias a esto, se viene empleando una búsqueda insaciable del desarrollo sostenible en el mundo y por lo tanto, generar menos impactos ambientales y la degradación de este. De acuerdo a lo anterior, el sector de la construcción trata de acondicionarse o amoldarse al problema de la crisis energética, por eso se han visto creadas edificaciones eficientes y amigables, donde se implementan mecanismos para disminuir el consumo energético y al mismo tiempo adaptarse al entorno natural, para no afectar el medio ambiente |
| Resumen en inglés | The current consumer society needs to maintain their standard of living comfort and high-energy consumption. Currently, the challenge is based on finding sustainable development, maintaining the level of activity, transformation and progress, but adjusted to the current needs and avoiding energy waste . Therefore, the following article is a review of general topics about the energy crisis and the influence this has had on the processes of development companies, dependence has been taken of this resource; therefore, renewable energy is an alternative solution in response to many problems that have faced the cities. Thanks to this, has been using an insatiable quest for sustainable development in the world and therefore generate less environmental impacts and degradation of this. According to the above, the construction sector is conditioned or conform to the problem of energy crisis, so have been created efficient and friendly buildings, where mechanisms are implemented to reduce energy consumption and at the same time adapt to the environment natural, not to affect the environment |
