| Resumen en español | El Bledo (Amaranthus spp) es una maleza que crece libremente y compite en igualdad de condiciones con los cultivos tradicionales pueden tener potencial alimenticio, razón por la cual en esta investigación se planteó como objetivo determinar el valor nutritivo por estructuras de las especies de Amaranthus spp) mas abundantes y frecuentes identificados en el Municipio Morán, Estado Lara y los objetivos específicos:1)Identificar botánicamente las especies más frecuentes de Amaranthus spp en cada parroquia del Municipio Morán, 2)Determinar la composición química y mineral de las diferentes estructuras (tallo, hojas e inflorescencia) en las especies de Amaranthus spp identificadas en el Municipio, 3)Comprobar estadísticamente si existen diferencias significativas en cuanto al valor nutritivo de las diferentes estructuras, de las especies de Amaranthus spp identificadas. La Metodología aplicada consistió en recolectar las muestras a través de un muestreo estratificado del área de estudio de acuerdo a la Regionalización Agroecologica del Municipio en 8 estratos. Se determinó el valor nutritivo mediante la composición química, mineral. Llegando a las siguientes resultados: Se identificaron 3 especies de Amaranthus como las mas abundantes Amaranthus dubius Mart, Amaranthusspinosus y Amaranthus gracilis, y las mas frecuentes fueron el Amaranthus dubius Mart y Amaranthus spinosus, se determinó que los Amaranthus Identificados contiene una alta concentración de PC (18%), Bajo contenido de FC, característica que lo definen como un forraje de excelente calidad nutricional, además de alto contenido de minerales Calcio(3,2%), Fósforo(0,43%), Potasio(2,78%), Magnesio(1,42 %), principalmente en las hojas indistintamente de las especies evaluadas, en todas lasParroquias en estudio |
| Resumen en inglés | The Bledo (Amaranthus spp) is weeds that grow freely and compete in equality of conditions with the traditional cultures can have nutritional potential, reason for which in this investigation it considered as objective to determine the nutritious value by structures of the species of Amaranthus spp) but abundant and frequent identified in the Municipality the specific Mora'ns, State Lara and objectives: 1) To botanical identify the most frequent species of Amaranthusspp in each parish of the Municipality Mora'n, 2) To determine mineral the chemical composition and of the different structures (stem, leaves and inflorescencia) in the species from identified Amaranthus spp in the Municipality, 3) To verify statistically if significant differences as far as the nutritious value of the different structures exist, of the species of identified Amaranthus spp. The applied Methodology consisted of collecting the samples through a stratified sampling of the area of study according to the Regionalización Agroecologica of the Municipality in 8 layers.
