| Spanish abstract | En tan solo cuatro años, la reforma educativa logró lo que las anteriores no pudieron: modificar drásticamente los mecanismos de ingreso, promoción y permanencia en el servicio docente. En este artículo se rastrean los efectos subjetivos que la reforma, y particularmente la evaluación docente obligatoria, permanente y cambiante, están teniendo en el perfil profesional y la composición de la planta docente en la escuela. El supuesto que guía nuestra pesquisa, es que en tanto dispositivo de reconfiguración del sistema educativo, la reforma busca desaparecer todo vestigio del maestro misionero, apóstol, agente de cambio y burócrata sindicalizado, para configurar un maestro multifuncional, flexible, precario, responsable tanto de sus propios éxitos como de sus fracasos. | English abstract | In just four years, the educational reform achieved what the previous ones could not: drastically modify the mechanisms of entry, promotion and permanence in the teaching service.This article traces the subjective effects that the reform, and particularly the mandatory, permanent and changing teaching evaluation, are having on the professional profile and the composition of the teaching staff in the school.The assumption that guides our research is that as a device for reconfiguring the education system, the reform seeks to eliminate all traces of the missionary teacher, apostle, change agent, union bureaucrat, to set up a multifunctional teacher, flexible, precarious, responsible for both his own successes as well as his failures.
