| Spanish abstract | La Seguridad Social es una política pública que debe ejecutar el Estado Venezolano por intermedio del Sistema de Seguridad Social y por medio de los principios relacionados con la actividad administrativa y el procedimiento administrativo. En las leyes que regulan a los sistemas prestacionales del Sistema de Seguridad Social, se pueden observar la presencia de reglas que permiten la articulación de las prestaciones administrativas y de los procedimientos administrativos de la Seguridad Social. En la presente investigación documental de tipo descriptivo y analítico, se concluye que el régimen jurídico de derecho público permite conocer el desarrollo de las distintas prestaciones administrativas y de los distintos procedimientos administrativos que deben ser utilizados para el aseguramiento de la Seguridad Social como garantía constitucional |
| English abstract | The administrative labor procedures in social security matter (Part I) The Social security is a public policy that should execute the Venezuelan State through the Social Security System and by means the principles related with the administrative activity and the administrative procedure. In the laws that regulate to the prestational systems of the System of Social Security they can be observed the presence of rules that allow the articulation of the administrative procedures and of the administrative procedures of the Social Security. In the present documental investigation of descriptive and analytic type, it is concluded that the juridical regime allows to know the development of the different administrative benefits and of the diverse administrative procedures that should be used to assure the Social Security as a constitutional guarantee |
