| Spanish abstract | La investigación en el campo de la Gestió ́on del Conocimiento (GC) ha crecido en acumuladoe importancia tanto en el mundo acad ́emico como empresarial. | English abstract | Research in the field of Knowledge Management (KM) has grown in accumulation andimportance in both the academic and business worlds. However, it has not properlyestablished how and when a KM initiative should be implemented. For the above, thispaper describes the structures based on layers of a frame of knowledge management KMFthat enables administration of the knowledge, articulating through levels different functionsand activities to the knowledge administration of the resources among members of anorganization.
