| Spanish abstract | En este artículo me detendré en varios casos de falsas identidades que tienen lugar en el medio escrito. ¿Cuál es la relación entre la escritura y la identidad enunciativa? Suele sostenerse que la escritura manuscrita posee un valor indicial que puede revelar aspectos de la personalidad de quien escribe. Pero, ¿qué pasa con la escritura no manuscrita, la producida a partir de una máquina? ¿Qué relación guarda con la identidad de su enunciador? Jacques Derrida hablaba de la manera en que los enunciados escritos se caracterizan por remitir a la ausencia (ausencia del emisor, ausencia del destinatario). Esta ausencia convierte a la escritura en un medio particularmente apto para toda clase de disfraces verbales. Analizaremos aquí algunos de ellos rastreados tanto en escritura gráfica como en escritura digital (chats, blogs, mundos virtuales). | English abstract | In this article I’ll will analyze several cases of fake identities that take place in the writing medium. Which is the relation between writing and the identity of the sender of a written message? Usually it is believed that hand writing keeps an indicial value that can reveal aspect of the personality of its writer. But what happens with the writing produced by means of a machine? What relation does it keep with the identity of its sender? Jacques Derrida underlined how absence was one of the main characteristics of writing (absence of the sender, absence of the receiver). This absence turns writing in a medium particularly apt for all sorts of verbal disguises. Here we will analyze some of them extracted from graphical writing as well as from digital writing (chats, blogs, virtual worlds). We will also speculate about the ontological status of the different signers of these texts |
