| Spanish abstract | El propósito de este artículo es presentar algunas reflexiones sobre el aspecto discursivo de las representaciones sociales, es decir, de los saberes elaborados en común, del lazo profundo entre la cognición y la comunicación, las operaciones mentales y las lingüísticas, las informaciones y los significados. Este enfoque se orienta más al estudio del proceso de construcción y los movimientos de transformación de las representaciones asociadas a las prácticas sociales de los grupos, que a la mera identificación de contenidos. A partir de ciertas reflexiones de Jean-Blaise Grize sobre la relación entre la lógica natural y las representaciones sociales se muestra por qué la lógica natural puede proporcionar un método de análisis que permita analizar tanto la forma como el contenido de las representaciones. También se retoma el concepto de themata que sirve como lazo entre la cognición social y la comunicación, y entre operaciones mentales y lingüísticas |
| English abstract | Social representations: a discourse analysis proposal. The purpose of this text is to present some reflexions on the discursive aspect of social representations, that is on knowledge that has been socially constructed, as well as on the strong connection between cognition and communication, mental and linguistic operations, information and meaning. This approach focusses more on the process of the construction of representations, their transformation movements and their relation to the social practices of groups, than on the mere identification of contents. Taking as a starting point some of Jean-Blaise Grize’s proposal regarding the relationship between natural logic and social representations, it is argued that natural logic can provide a method for analysing the form and content of representations. The concept of thêmata is also used in order to show the connection between social cognition and between mental and linguistic operations |
