Spanish abstract En el artículo propongo pensar al Estado como un dispositivo. Primero, elaboraré una crítica a la noción de dispositivo que se desprende desde determinada lectura contemporánea, en autores como Agamben y Esposito. En segundo lugar, estableceré un puente entre la noción de positividad en Hegel y Schiller y la noción de dispositivo en Foucault, con objeto de pensar otras formas de problematización dentro de la tradición del pensamiento de la diferencia y cómo esto reactiva un nuevo vínculo con las categorías políticas de la modernidad, a la vez que permite proponer algunas claves interpretativas para pensar al Estado comodispositivo
English abstract This article proposes thinking about the State as a dispositive. First, a criticism of the notion of dispositive will be offered, based on a certain contemporary reading of authors such as Agamben and Esposito. In the second place, a bridge will be established between the notion of positivity in Hegel and Schiller and the notion of dispositive in Foucault. The objective is to think about other forms of stating the issues within the tradition of thinking about difference and how this reactivates a new connection with the political categories of modernity, at the same time that it permits proposing some interpretive keys for thinking about the state as dispositive
