| Spanish abstract | Se propone distinguir régimen político de tareas de gobierno desde una noción cultural de la política tomada de Norbert Lechner. El derecho subjetivo y la virtud son elementos que se licuan en la operación de cohesión identitaria de las naciones latinoamericanas, condensando en el Estado-Nación y su expresión personal en excesos de sentido. Se cuestiona el énfasis en arreglos institucionales de luchas por el poder político en supuestos de una modernidad abstracta, donde movilizaciones populares y ciudadanas abren espacios de subjetivación política que posibilita un ethos crítico que supere las limitaciones de la posmodernidad |
| English abstract | This article proposes to distinguish the political regime of government tasks from a cultural notion of politics taken from Norbert Lechner. Subjective right and virtue are elements that blend in the operation of identity cohesion for Latin American nations, condensing in the Nation-State and its personal expression in excesses of sentiment. The emphasis on institutional arrangements of political power struggles in suppositions of an abstract modernity is questioned, where popular and citizen mobilizations open spaces for political subjectivization that makes possible a critical ethos that goes beyond the limitations of post-modernity |
