| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo busca alertar sobre la forma en que la educación jurídica se está tomando en nuestros días y la clase de abogados que en su ejercicio profesional coincide con una conciencia jurídica que no entiende cómo llego a ella y que alienta un espíritu individualista que divide. Alertando así, que la educación en derecho puede estar aportando tecnicismo sacrificando la visión política de éste, por miedo a que el derecho no sirva como herramienta de consolidación poder de ciertos sectores. Lo cual no responde a su vez, a las necesidades de un país como en el que vivimos, el cual sufre a diario la violencia y sus consecuencias |
| English abstract | This article seeks to warn of the way in which legal education is being taken today and the kind of lawyers who practice in line with a legal consciousness that does not understand how to get there and that encourages a individualistic spirit that divides. Warning so that education in law may be sacrificing the technical contributions of this political vision, for fear that the law does not serve as a tool to consolidate power in certain sectors. Also does not respond to the needs of our country; where we suffer daily the violence and the consequences of it |
