| Resumen en inglés | Today, companies that do not advance with technology are losing customers, leaving the market slowly or are forced to innovate to achieve competitiveness and make resources more efficient. An example of the above is Cloud Computing as a new Information and Communication Technology (ICT), that is, services through the Internet that allow MiPyMES to manage their business administration, achieving greater competitiveness and expansion, not only geographical but in matters of technology. This is how the present investigation focuses on analyzing whether the MiPyMES of the municipality of Xalapa, Veracruz, know these ICTs as business management tools, if they have used their services and/or there is an interest in implementing them to create new alternatives, achieving a competitive advantage over other organizations. |
| Resumen en español | Hoy en día las empresas que no avancen con la tecnología van perdiendo clientes, salen lentamente del mercado o se obligan a innovar para logar una competitividad para eficientar los recursos de la misma. Una muestra de lo anterior es el Cloud Computing como una nueva Tecnología de la información y comunicación (Tic´s), es decir, servicios a través de internet que permite a las MiPyMES gestionar su administración empresarial, logrando una mayor competitividad y expansión, no solo geográfica sino en cuestiones de tecnología. Es así como la presente investigación se avoca a analizar si las MiPyMES del municipio de Xalapa, Veracruz, conocen estas Tic´s como herramientas de gestión empresarial, si han utilizado sus servicios y/o existe el interés de implementarlos para crear nuevas alternativas, logrando una ventaja competitiva sobre otras organizaciones. |
