| Spanish abstract | El artículo pone en relación los dos principales hallazgos de Reinach: la noción de estado de cosas y los aprioris materiales de los actos lingüistico-sociales. Aunque ambos provienen de la reducción eidética dentro de la Fenomenología, se anticipan con ellos los estudios posteriores de autores analíticos sobre los actos de habla. Se examinan los componentes y estructura de los actos sociales, con especial atención al prometer y al preguntar, que llevan a Reinach a sobrepasar ampliamente el marco husserliano de los actos objetivantes; para ello cuenta con algunos precursores dentro de la Escuela fenomenológica de Munich. Se destaca el alcance de lo apriori dentro del ámbito lingüístico-social, diferenciándolo tanto de los aprioris formales como de los conceptos normativos propios de los órdenes moral y jurídico |
| English abstract | In this article I relate the two main findings of Reinach: the notion of state of affairs and the material multiple a priori of social-linguistic acts. Although both derive from the phenomenological procedure of eidetic reduction, they anticipate the later studies on speech acts by the analytical philosophers Austin and Searle. The elements and the structure of the social acts are studied, with an emphasis on promising and asking. These lead Reinach beyond the Husserlian framework of objectifying acts, for which he draws on certain forerunners in the München School of Phenomenology. I also highlight the scope of the multiple a priori within this social-linguistic realm, showing how they are distinct from the formal a priori and the normative concepts proper to the moral and legal spheres |
