| Spanish abstract | El papel de los sindicatos en el socialismo, sus marcos teóricos, conceptuales y prácticos han sido polémicos en la teoría y práctica de la transición socialista. En este trabajo nos proponemos en síntesis apretada reflexionar acerca de los desafíos que emergen tanto del análisis teórico y recopilación de la información fáctica de los debates que tienen lugar en nuestra sociedad profundizándose en la etapa actual en que se implementan los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del país. El punto de partida de nuestro análisis son los principales aportes del pensamiento revolucionario cubano sobre los sindicatos, el papel jugado por la organización en el proceso revolucionario, así como consideraciones de la autora sobre el nuevo papel y lugar de los sindicatos en el socialismo particularmente el cubano |
| English abstract | The labor union bonds in the socialism, its theoretic framework, conceptual and practical have been polemical in the theory and practice of socialist transition. In this project we propose us in short to think about of challenge that emerge as the theoretic analysis and data collection actual of the debate that have place in our society deeping in the actual period in that implement the Lineaments of the Politic Economic and Social of the country.
