| English abstract | The article reflects about how is the housing question in the capitalism historically produced based on two elements: the private property and on the commodities protagonism, both expressed on the territory since the speculative logic origin. On the capital hegemonic territory, it produces deep impediments for the affirmation of the housing right universal right to the housing. The hypothesis that guides the work is that the housing question in its apparent contradictions, is presented more as a solution for the capital accumulation dynamic, based on the contribution of classic authors and contemporaries of the field of the critical social theory. It reflects on structural elements that defy the guarantee of the housing right in particular in Brazil, being that the limits of the conformation of the housing question and the historical forms of reply of the State in Brazil need to be understood in the context amplest of the dynamics of the accumulation |
| Portuguese abstract | O artigo reflete sobre como a questão habitacional produzida historicamente no capitalismo caracteriza-se a partir de dois elementos: a propriedade privada e a sua centralidade como mercadoria, expressando-se no território desde sua origem a partir da lógica especulativa. Ao ser assentada sobre território hegemonizado pelo capital, produz entraves profundos para a afirmação do direito à moradia de forma universal. A hipótese que norteia o trabalho é que a questão da moradia, nas suas contradições aparentes, apresenta-se como mais uma solução para a acumulação do capital, conforme contribuição de autores clássicos e contemporâneos do campo da teoria social crítica. Reflete sobre elementos estruturais que desafiam a garantia do direito à moradia em particular no Brasil, sendo que os limites da conformação da questão habitacional e das formas históricas de resposta do Estado no Brasil necessitam ser compreendidas no contexto mais amplo da dinâmica da acumulação |
