| English abstract | The article reports an experience of curricular apprenticeship in Social Service performed at the Child and Young Court of the Judicial District of Guaíba, RS. By means of the knowledge about the reality, in an investigative posture, a project was constructed in the field of adoption in order to make clear the legal ways of that measure to health services, to the Guardian Council and to the representatives of the churches from the Judicial District. Workshops were carried out with these actors and the Adoption Guide was elaborated, an education material to be distributed in the community. The experience allowed drawing a conclusion about the importance of clearing up about adoption, the work in net and the need of permanent reflection about the theme and the professional action |
| Portuguese abstract | O artigo relata uma experiência de estágio curricular em Serviço Social, realizado no Juizado da Infância e Juventude da Comarca de Guaíba/RS. Mediante o conhecimento da realidade, em uma postura investigativa, construiu-se um projeto na área da adoção para esclarecer os caminhos legais da medida aos serviços de saúde, ao Conselho Tutelar e aos representantes de igrejas da Comarca. Foram realizadas oficinas com esses atores e elaborado o Guia da Adoção, material educativo distribuído na comunidade. A experiência permitiu concluir a importância dos esclarecimentos sobre a adoção, do trabalho em rede e a necessidade de permanente reflexão sobre o tema e a ação profissional |
