| English abstract | This present article is a qualitative research to investigate the some angles that contribute for the social don’t protection of the agricultural workers in access to brazilian system of social protection, in the processes of sick person and accidents in the work. Situation that displays the worker and its family the different forms of violence and precarização of the life conditions, health and work. To disclose these ways, nor always visible, qualitative interviews with professionals of the Social welfare had been carried through, in the northeast region of the state of the Rio Grande do Sul. The depositions disclose the institucional obstacles that make it difficult the guiding and recognition of the aid illness and accident next to the National Institute of Seguridade Social (INSS), until the impediments of recognition of the causal nexus of the work with the accident |
| Portuguese abstract | Este artigo é uma pesquisa de cunho qual itativo que buscou investigar os vários ângulos que contribuem para a desproteção social dos trabalhadores rurais no acesso ao sistema de proteção social brasileiro, nos processos de adoecimento e acidentes no trabalho, situação que expõe o trabalhador e s ua família a diferentes formas de violências e precarização das condições de vida, saúde e trabalho. Para desvelar esses caminhos, nem sempre visíveis, foram realizadas entrevistas qualitativas com profissionais da Previdência Social, na região nordeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os depoimentos revelam os obstáculos institucionais que dificultam o encaminhamento e reconhecimento do auxílio doença e acidente junto ao Instituto Nacional de Seguridade Social (INSS), até os entraves de reconhecimento do ne xo causal do trabalho com o acidente |
