| Spanish abstract | El nuevo usuario de la televisión educativa/cultural podrá trazar una educación abierta construida según un currículo personal, afrontar este camino desde su propia libertad crítica, realizarlo en continuo contacto con los profesores que le tutorizan, extenderla a lo largo de su vida y poseer las herramientas telemáticas necesarias par lograrlo. Esta visión utópica resultaría del cumplimiento de los cinco retos de la televisión y el audiovisual educativo/cultural: libertad, responsabilidad, interactividad, continuidad y virtualidad. "Los cinco retos del siglo XXI para la TV y el Cine educativos: la TV a la carta, el espectador responsable, la interactividad, la formación continua, y la TV a través de Internet". Y son retos, porque la sociedad se juega su futuro como tal – su progreso o su retroceso – en los próximos años |
| English abstract | The new user of cultural and educative television will be able to draw up an open education constructed according his personal curriculum from his own criticism and with constant interaction between the user and his professors. Also, this training will be during all his life and he can possess the telematics tools needed. This utopian point of view turns out from the five challenges of the educative and cultural TV: freedom, responsibility, interactivity, continuity and virtuality. “Five Cinema and Television challenges of the XXI century: Interactivity with TV program content, responsibly audience, training, interactivity, and Internet TV”. And this are true challenges because society must face their future – progress or decadence” in the next years |
