| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo tiene por objeto abordar la situación securitaria y la violencia institucional ejercida por parte de las fuerzas de seguridad en la Argentina, en el contexto de pandemia por Covid-19, con la puesta en práctica del Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio por parte del Gobierno Nacional. Se considera que, si bien se generaron condiciones favorables para el incremento de las situaciones de violencia, son prácticas y rutinas cotidianas de las fuerzas de seguridad, y constituyen una deuda pendiente de la democracia |
| English abstract | The purpose of this article is to address the security situation and police violence exerted by the security forces in Argentina in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic with the implementation of Social, Preventive and Mandatory Isolation by the National Government. It is considered that notwithstanding favorable conditions were generated for the increase in situations of violence, they are daily practices and routines of the security forces, constituting a pending debt of democracy |
