Spanish abstract La ingesta de bebidas embriagantes es un problema social que se ha agudizado en la sociedad mexicana de los últimos treinta años. Este escenario ha ocasionado el surgimiento de nuevos actores sociales en el territorio nacional. Uno de estos actores sociales es Alcohólicos Anónimos (A.A.), el cual ha diseñado un método terapéutico para la rehabilitación del alcoholismo, en cuyo programa de recuperación es posible la religiosidad, que se manifiesta en el método a través del cual adoctrinan a sus adeptos. Por ello, en el presente Artículo de investigación, nos enfocamos en la relación entre la religiosidad y el método terapéutico conocido como los "doce pasos"
English abstract The intake of alcoholic beverages is a social problem that has worsened in the Mexican society of the last thirty years. This scenario has caused the emergence of new social actors in the national territory. One of these social actors is Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.), which has designed a therapeutic method for the rehabilitation of alcoholism. In this recovery program it is possible to perceive the religiousness of the therapeutic method that is used to indoctrinate its followers. For this, the present Research Article focus in the relationship between religiousness and this therapeutic method known has the "twelve steps"
