English abstract This paper presents an analysis of the equilibrium points of induction motor when field oriented voltage control is used. Thus, a study of the steady state of the motor and controller dynamics are carried out for the following cases: Rotor resistance known, rotor resistance as a function of the rotor frequency, and rotor resistance unknown. Under the assumption of the knowledge of the state vector, this paper demonstrates that the equilibrium point is unique for each one of these cases, thus showing that this control mechanism is robust, as the number of equilibrium points of the associated dynamical system are not affected by certain parametric changes in the system
