| Spanish abstract | A partir del análisis a los principales documentos de al menos dos organismos internacionales: Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OCDE) y Banco Mundial (BM); sobre la peculiar forma de conceptualizar al desarrollo y a la educación, en donde reconocen un solo destino posible, ignorando alternativas de organización diferente de la energía social y política de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC), para generar condiciones de su reproducción cultural en el futuro próximo, renuncian a las posibilidades que abren los procesos educativos que explican la pervivencia de las culturas originarias luego de más de quinientos años de conquista y colonización; por lo propone la necesidad de buscar caminos, que permitan encontrar una “definición situada” del concepto de “desarrollo”, para entender y atacar, de mejor manera “los problemas de la educación”, en esta parte del mundo; bajo la premisa de que hay procesos de aprendizaje (y de enseñanza) más eficientes que los que suceden en el espacio escolar y que, al quedar excluidos o no ser considerados por los analistas, al no ser traídos a la superficie del análisis, impiden su apreciación y reconocimiento sobre el papel que juegan en los procesos formativos de los sujetos |
| English abstract | From the analysis to key documents at least two international organizations: Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and World Bank (WB), on the peculiar way of conceptualizing the development and education, which recognize only one possible destination, ignoring alternative energy organization other than the social and political life of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), to generate conditions of cultural reproduction in the near future, give up the possibilities offered by the educational processes that explain the persistence of the original cultures after more than five hundred years of conquest and colonization proposed by the need to search, for finding a "definition located" the concept of "development", to understand and attack better, "the problems of education "in this part of the world under the premise that there are processes of learning (and teaching) more efficient than those that occur in the school and, by being excluded or not considered by analysts, not be brought to the surface of the analysis, preventing their appreciation and recognition of the role they play in the formation processes of the subjects |
