| Spanish abstract | Este artículo presenta los rasgos más significativos de los movimientos migratorios del continente africano, fenómeno central en la esfera del debate público internacional y realidad donde se enfrentan, injustificadamente, la moralidad de la pretendida armonía global con la protecció n de los intereses particulares y regionales. En este trabajo se describen y analizan las dinámicas seguidas durante las ú ltimas décadas. Se han estudiado las razones causales de esta mecánica, la estimaci ó n de los itinerarios y la constataci ó n de las condiciones que influyen en la variabilidad de la naturaleza de estos desplazamientos masivos de población |
| English abstract | The aim of this article is to present the most relevant issues of the immigration flows in the African Continent. This fact has taken a main role in the international public discussion in which, in a very unfair way the so called ethics of global harmony is faced against the protection of individual, local and regional interest. According to this purpose, this document analyses the dynamic and the general aspects of this phenomenon in the last decades. All this work has been carried out after studying the main causes of these movements, the assessment of their conditions and itineraries that have a direct impact on the variety of these mass population movements |
