| Spanish abstract | En este artículo se investiga cómo ha sido interpretada y aplicada la legislación agraria, al momento de la dotación y en los años siguientes, en dos ejidos del centro del estado de Veracruz (Monte Blanco y Chavarrillo). Tomando como referencia el proceso de atribución de las tierras, se estudian las transformaciones territoriales y se analiza la manera en la que las poblaciones las han vivido y valorado. El trabajo evidencia la diversidad de las prácticas adoptadas por los ejidatarios, y da cuenta de las dinámicas territoriales plurales que provocaron en un mismo medio geográfico. Demuestra que la Reforma Agraria ha tenido aceptaciones, concepciones y consecuencias heterogéneas, a pesar de depender de una misma legislación |
| English abstract | The present study examines two ejidos in central Veracruz -Monte Blanco and Chavarrillo- to show how agrarian legislation was interpreted and applied at the moment of their formation and in the ensuing years. Taking as its reference point the process of land distribution, the article discusses the territorial transformations involved and analyzes how the members of the ejido and their families have lived and evaluated them. The study illustrates the diverse practices adopted by ejidatarios and elucidates the multiple territorial dynamics that those processes generated in the same geographical area. Finally, it demonstrates that although Agrarian Reform is based on one sole set of laws, it has experienced heterogeneous acceptances, conceptions and consequences |
