| Spanish abstract | En este artículo re6exionamos acerca de la argumentación para pensar el debate parlamentario como intersección entre la experiencia de justicia y la ley. Esto, a partir de una articulación entre sociología y análisis del discurso, y en el marco de la pregunta sobre la relación entre discurso y sociedad. El debate parlamentario es el momento en el cual se de!nen contenido y fundamentos de la ley. Aquí proponemos interrogar este proceso, advirtiendo que los discursos de los legisladores se recortan (entre la necesidad y la estrategia) sobre un trasfondo de condiciones objetivas, del cual forma parte cierta doxa sobre la justicia, el juicio y el juez |
| English abstract | In this article we re$ect about argumentation in order to think of the parliamentary debate as the intersection between the experience of justice and the law. "is, from an articulation between sociology and discourse analysis, and in the context of the question on the relationship between discourse and society. Parliamentary debate is the moment which de!nes the content and the grounds of the law. Here, we analyze this process, taking into account that the discourses of legislators are produced (between the need and strategy) out of a background of objective conditions.
