| Spanish abstract | A partir del concepto del sujeto cartesiano de la certeza, propuesto por Lacan para el psicoanálisis, este artículo analiza cómo los paranoicos se sienten sujetos partícipes dentro de sus alucinaciones o delirios y plenamente relacionados con su yo; en cambio, el neurótico se sitúa en la ambigüedad entre el sujeto y su yo. Tanto Descartes como Freud son importantes para la concepción del sujeto de la certeza planteado por Lacan. La certeza de Descartes se funda en el yo pienso, que deriva en el yo soy. | English abstract | Starting from the concept of the Cartesian subject of certainty, which Lacan proposes for psychoanalysis, this article analyses the paranoid persons. They are individuals that take part in their hallucinations or ravings, and they mix completely with their ego. On the other hand, the neurotic stands in ambiguity between the subject and his ego.
