| English abstract | The present article analyzes the execution process, especially in regards to extrajudicial notes. It discusses the presuppositions and principles that conduct the process and the main characteristics of extrajudicial notes. Finally, it deals with the procedural phase of the execution process, from action proposition to execution creditor’s satisfaction until dissolution. It is important to emphasize that this research observed recent legislation modifications in the civil process field, especially those in the area of executive proceedings |
| Portuguese abstract | Trata do processo de execução, especialmente no que atina à execução de títulos extrajudiciais. Aduz acerca dos pressupostos e princípios regentes do processo executivo. Anota quanto às principais peculiaridades dos títulos extrajudiciais. Deságua na parte procedimental do processo de execução, dispondo desde a propositura da ação até a satisfação do exeqüente, com a extinção do feito. Cabe salientar que a pesquisa é feita observando-se as recentes alterações legislativas respeitantes ao processo civil, notadamente as sofridas na seara do processo executivo |
