| Spanish abstract | La complejidad de la salud no puede ser asumida si se enfoca al margen del contexto sociocultural en que se desarrolla el hombre; sin tomar en cuenta el entramado de relaciones sociales en que éste despliega su actividad, tanto en su naturaleza individual como social. Por ello, el estudio de la salud bajo un enfoque holístico y complejo resulta productivo y abre nuevas vías aprehensivas del problema. Particularmente, para quienes tienen la responsabilidad de diseñar e instrumentar las políticas públicas de salud, puede resultar un medio valioso, dado su contenido heurístico y su aprehensión humanística, filosófica y cultural del problema estudiado. En síntesis, el estudio de la salud no puede soslayar los nuevos aportes del saber contemporáneo, particularmente la riqueza conceptual-metodológica y práctica del pensamiento complejo |
| English abstract | The complexity of the health cannot be assumed if it focuses to the margin of the sociocultural context in which the man is developed; without taking into account the framework from social relations in which this one unfolds its activity, as much in its individual nature as social. For this reason, the study of the health under a holistic and complex approach is productive and abre new apprehensive routes of the problem. Particularly, for those who have the responsibility to design and to orchestrate the public policies of health, it can be valuable means, dice his heuristic content and its humanistic, philosophical and cultural apprehension of the studied problem. In synthesis, the study of the health cannot avoid the new contributions of the contemporary knowledge, particularly the conceptual-methodologic and practical wealth of the complex thought |
