| Spanish abstract | Parece innecesario acudir a un gran conglomerado de escritos cuya disposición axial ha sido el estudio de la Independencia y para con ello demostrar una preocupación historiográfica, entre otros asuntos. No obstante, se debe insistir en los estudios históricos e historiográficos que la tienen como objeto de análisis. Sencillamente, porque permitiría demostrarnos las distintas versiones de la historia, así como las modulaciones que con ella son posibles. El escrito siguiente se circunscribe en algunas versiones acerca de ella y las posibilidades de su estudio. No se trata de un tratado para leerla, sino leerla bajo una perspectiva distinta a la habitual y en relación con un conglomerado de relaciones entre la que ella se vio y ve envuelta |
| English abstract | It seems unnecessary to search too many writings whose axial disposition has been to study the independence of Venezuela and this way to demonstrate a historiographical concern, among other affairs. Although, we must keep studying historic and historiographical matters related to it. Naturally, because it will demonstrate by itself the different versions and tendencies that history has. The following essay is enrolled in some versions about history and the different ways that it should be studied. It is not a treaty that pretends how to read history, but read it with a perspective different to the usual and to study the relations in which history took place and keep taking place |
