| Spanish abstract | La historia de la urbanización El Paraíso, es una investigación que reconstruye los distintos momentos históricos en la evolución del primer emplazamiento urbanístico de la ciudad de Caracas, en el marco de los preceptos teóricos-metodológicos de la historia local, tomando como referencia el período 1891-1895. Éste, que constituye el propósito fundamental de la investigación, se abordará desde dos ejes, a saber: la primera, revisar las transformaciones dadas en lo temporo-espacial, bajo la perspectiva de la interconexión regional, nacional y mundial; segundo, identificar a través de cartogramas el crecimiento de la Urbanización El Paraíso. Las fuentes previstas para el trabajo investigativo, constan de fuentes primarias como documentos y legislaciones de carácter oficial, pasando por fuentes secundarias como la revisión bibliográfica, así como técnicas entre las que cuentan la entrevista con algunos habitantes de esta comunidad capitalina |
| English abstract | The history of urbanization Paradise, is an investigation that reconstructs the different historical moments in the evolution of the first urban location in the city of Caracas, in the context of theoretical and methodological precepts of local history, with reference to the period 1891 -1895. This, which is the fundamental purpose of the investigation, will be addressed from two axes, namely: first, review the transformations given in the temporo-spatial, from the perspective of regional networking, national and global, and second, identified through of growth cartograms Urbanización El Paraíso.
