| Spanish abstract | El problema del régimen y la moral dentro del campo de las relaciones recíprocas entre Venezuela y Estados Unidos (2001-2010), se plantea a través de la relectura del modelo de la justicia como equidad de John Rawls. Dicha reinterpretación nos permitirá dentro del campo del conocimiento histórico y de la filosofía política, modificar conceptualmente los parámetros del autor y ampliar las perspectivas de estudio de la política exterior en Venezuela, intentando profundizar en la carga axiológica de los gobiernos considerados en este caso, entes morales. Es decir, poseedores de la capacidad para el conseguir el bien y la justicia. Si bien, la relación planteada régimen-moral no parece tener más que una conexión filosófica, veremos cómo la moral se convierte en el elemento que atribuye, moviliza y transforma la posibilidad de un régimen político justo y bueno, tanto en política doméstica como externa. Tomando en cuenta las diferencias propias de la naturaleza humana se estudia y analiza cómo los gobiernos de Venezuela y Estados Unidos, poseen en algunos casos similitudes en cuanto a las decisiones tomadas por ambos, pero argumentados el primero, en el socialismo y el segundo, en el liberalismo y en dónde el antiamericanismo y el anticomunismo, permiten concebir y consolidar posturas políticas |
| English abstract | The problem of the regime and the moral within the field of the mutual relations between Venezuela and the United States (2001-2010), is through the rereading of the model of Justice as fairness of John Rawls. Th is reinterpretation will allow us within the field of historical knowledge and political philosophy, modify the parameters of the author- and broaden the perspectives of study of foreign policy in Venezuela, trying to deepen the axiological burden of the Governments considered in this case, moral entities. I.e., owners of the ability to get good and justice. Although the relationship posed regimen-moral doesnt seem to have more than a philosophical connection, we will see how morality becomes the element that attaches, mobilizes and transforms the possibility of a political regime just and good, both in domestic politics and external. Taking into account the diff erences typical of human nature studying and analyzes how the Governments of Venezuela and United States, have in some cases similarities in terms of the decisions taken by both, but argued the first, in socialism, and the second, liberalism and where anti-Americanism and anticommunism, allow conceiving and consolidate political stances |
