| Spanish abstract | En los inicios del siglo XXI, Brasil de manera protagónica lideriza y coordina un amplio mercado favorable a la integración socioeconómica de la cara atlántica Sudamericana: el Mercosur, cuyos logros se orientan hacia la creación de un bloque de referencia con identidad continental, dentro de un mundo multipolar e independiente de los centros del poder global. | English abstract | At the begining of the XXI Century and in an outstanding way, Brazil has a leading roll coordinating a wide market in favor of socio-economic integration in the South American Atlantic side of South America: Mercosur, whose achievements are geared towards the creation of a reference block with continental identity and independency to face not only a multipolar world but also the independent centers of global power world. Th is significant change has been possible due to the historical rupture of Brazil with his ancestral past, as well as, for the democratization of the national state and the acceptance of an inclusive political model, the Lulismo, that strategically waits an international promotion to be shared with neighboring countries |
