| English abstract | The objective of the research was to identify variables that could contribute to explain the object and analysis of the study, referring to the improvement of security conditions in the Juan Federico Hollmann Industrial Technical Educational Institution in the municipality of El Carmen de Bolívar. For this, a sample of 53 people was selected, 52 of them students and 1 teacher of the specialty of Industrial Mechanics. To this, a description of sociodemographic variables was made and a survey prepared by the National Institute of Safety and Hygiene at Work of Spain "NTP 182: Self-assessment Survey of Working Conditions" was applied, which tries to establish, in a first judgment, those factors that must be reformed to improve a resounding situation in the work environment; In addition, a total of 24 bibliographical references on the subject of Safety and Health at Work were consulted. Of which 3 sources correspond to publications made by insurance entities such as ARL SURA Y POSITIVA. 2 sources of publications made by international organizations such as OISS and ILO. 7 degree works and the remaining 13 sources belong to decrees and laws issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of Colombia. |
| Spanish abstract | La investigación tuvo como objetivo la identificación de variables que pudieran contribuir a explicar el objeto y análisis de estudio, referido a la mejorar de las condiciones de seguridad en la Institución Educativa Técnica Industrial Juan Federico Hollmann en el municipio de El Carmen de Bolívar. Para ello se seleccionó una muestra de 53 personas, 52 de ellos estudiantes y 1 docente de la especialidad de Mecánica Industrial. A ello se le realizó una descripción de variables sociodemográficas y se le aplicó una encuesta elaborada por el Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo de España "NTP 182: Encuesta de autovaloración de las condiciones de Trabajo", que trata de establecer, en un primer juicio, aquellos factores que deben ser reformados para mejorar una rotunda situación en el entorno del trabajo; además Se consultaron un total de 24 referencias bibliográficas sobre el tema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. De las cuales 3 fuentes corresponden a publicaciones hechas por entidades seguradoras como ARL SURA Y POSITIVA. 2 fuentes de publicaciones realizadas por organismos internacionales como OISS y OIT. 7 trabajos de grado y las 13 fuentes restantes pertenecen a decretos y leyes expidas por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social de Colombia. |
