| Spanish abstract | Se evaluó la germinación, el crecimiento en altura y diámetro de la especie Dipteryx oleífera, utilizando semillas botánicas. Para tal fin, se empleó, un diseño experimental completamente aleatorizado con arreglo factorial, integrado por seis factores, resultantes de las combinaciones de sustratos orgánicos y un tratamiento pre-germinativo. El experimento se llevó a cabo en dos camas de germinación previamente construidas bajo sombra (SM) y a libre exposición solar (SL). En total, se sembraron 156 semillas. En la germinación, no se presentaron diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre factores, ni entre condiciones lumínicas; mientras que para el crecimiento en altura y diámetro sí hubo diferencias entre las condiciones lumínicas pero no entre factores (P<0.05). El mejor valor de germinación se encontró en el factor CD (arena + hojarasca 2:1 y sin tratamiento pre-germinativo) con un 62%. El factor CD sobresalió en ambas medidas de crecimiento (Altura: SL=14.5 cm; SM=19.4 cm – Diámetro: SL=0.21cm; SM=0.55cm) |
| English abstract | The germination, the growth in height and diameter Dipteryx oleífera species were evaluated, using botanical seeds. For such purpose, it was used an experimental design completely randomized with arrange factorial, integrated for six factors, resulting of several combinations of organic substrates and one pre-germinative treatment. The experiment was carried out in two beds of germination built under shadow (US) and to free solar exposition (SE). In total, 156 seeds were sown. In the germination it did not present difference statistically significant between factors, but not between light conditions; while that for the growth in height and diameter they presented differences between light conditions but not between factors (P<0.05). The best value of germination was found in the CD factor (sands fallen leaves + 2:1 and without pre-germinative treatment) with a 62%. In the same way, the CD factor was the one which stood out in both growth measures (height: SE=14.5 cm; BS=19.4 cm – diameter: SE=0.21cm; US=0.55 cm) |
