| Spanish abstract | El Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid plantea la necesidad que tiene el Departamento de Antioquia de que en sus municipios exista un contexto agrícola y pecuario, capacitado desde el nivel de finca. Para este fin, se realizó un estudio exploratorio con facilitadores, en su mayoría técnicos profesionales vinculados en 49 municipios de los 116 existentes en la zona rural, donde se recogió información sobre necesidades de capacitación de mayordomos o administradores de finca. Los resultados se presentan con respecto a variables cualitativas discretas, mostrando una alta heterogeneidad en temáticas propuestas por el sector encuestado, apreciándose cómo las preferencias temáticas y contenidos cambian de subregión a subregión, siendo tal vez más consistentes en términos de necesidad formativa las áreas temáticas de mercadeo, comercialización, administración y preservación del medio ambiente |
| English abstract | The Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid status the necessity that the Departamento de Antioquia has, in the sense that in all its municipalities have an agricultural and cattle contexts that can be qualified in a farm level. To reach this goal, they carried out an exploratory analisys with some facilitators , almost all of them profesional technicians, who are working in the 49 of the 116 municipalities that are in this rural area. There, they got all the information about the necessities of training of the butlers and the farm managers. The results are showed according to the discret qualitative variables, and they present a high heterogenity in the items that were proposed by the interviewed people and it can be appreciated how the contents and preferences change from one region to another. Perhaps the most constant item is the necessity of training in areas like: marketing, commercialization, management and enviroment protection |
