| English abstract | This article deals with Moral Theology explicit in its relations with the everyday practices of civil society in the context of social crisis. In a multicenter universe without a structuring moral principle, the challenges are immense, especially on the vast field of bioethics and the “culture of death” in this Latin American society. In this article, we consider the Moral Theology and its production in a context of social crisis. In fact, it is present paths; practical guidelines for conducting moral choices that allow enhance the meaning of life in an environment of open pluralism without a horizon defined structure. Moral theology as a practice science should produce a reflection that contributes to the formulation of a consciousness that allows full insight in order moral choices consistent and accurate |
| Portuguese abstract | Este artigo objetiva explicitar a Teologia Moral em suas relações práticas com o cotidiano da sociedade civil em contexto de crise social. Num universo multicêntrico, sem um princípio moral estruturante, os desafios são imensos, sobretudo diante do vasto campo da bioética e da “cultura da morte” presente na sociedade latino-americana. Neste artigo, vamos considerar a Teologia Moral e sua produção num contexto de crise social. Na verdade, trata-se de apresentar caminhos, orientações práticas para a realização de escolhas morais que permitam aprimorar o sentido da vida em ambientes de pluralismos abertos sem um horizonte de estrutura definido. A teologia moral enquanto ciência prática deve produzir uma reflexão que contribua para a formulação de uma consciência que permita o pleno discernimento tendo em vista escolhas morais consistentes e precisas |
