| Resumen en inglés | The spread of new labor management techniques, inspired by the precepts of the scientific management and made possible by the mechanization of production, were a hallmark of industrial growth in Argentina during the 1920s, reaching the most diverse branches of production, types of factories and category of workers. In this context, expressions such as taylorismo, sistema taylor, fordismo, organizacio?n cienti?fica del trabajo, mecanizacio?n, maquinismo, but above all, racionalizacio?n, became part of a common lexicon - the so-called new industrialist gospel - to the most distinct social groups and that tried to account for the transformations, intentional or not, intended or in fact, that the industrial growth of the interwar period allowed the country to glimpse. In this paper we seek to reconstitute the discussions about this process of productive restructuring among the anarchist militants based in La Protesta, as well as to demonstrate how these reflections were fundamental to the strike at the General Motors plant in Buenos Aires in 1929. |
| Resumen en portugués | A difusa?o das novas te?cnicas de gesta?o de trabalho, inspiradas pelos preceitos da organizac?a?o cienti?fica do trabalho e possibilitadas pela mecanizac?a?o da produc?a?o, foram uma marca do crescimento industrial na Argentina durante a de?cada de 1920, atingindo os mais diversos ramos de produc?a?o, tipos de fa?brica e categoria de trabalhadores. Nesse contexto, expresso?es como taylorismo, sistema taylor, fordismo, organizacio?n cienti?fica del trabajo, mecanizacio?n, maquinismo, mas sobretudo, racionalizacio?n, passaram a fazer parte de um le?xico comum o chamado novo evangelho industrialista aos mais distintos grupos sociais e que tratou de dar conta das transformac?o?es, intencionais ou na?o, pretendidas ou de fato, que o crescimento industrial do entreguerras permitiu vislumbrar naquele pai?s. Neste trabalho buscamos reconstituir as discusso?es sobre o processo de reestruturac?a?o produtiva entre os militantes anarquistas nucleados no La Protesta, ale?m de demonstrar como essas reflexo?es foram fundamentais para a greve dos trabalhadores da fa?brica da General Motors de Buenos Aires em 1929. |
