| Spanish abstract | Antecedentes: Los beneficios de la cirugía videolaparoscópica tradicional pueden ser mejorados con técnicas cada vez menos invasivas que reducen la agresión parietal y el riesgo de complicaciones por trócares. Objetivo: Comunicar un caso de colecistectomía laparoscópica con trócar único a nivel umbilical y asistencia de dispositivos quirúrgicos magnéticos en el tratamiento de litiasis vesicular. Lugar de aplicación: Sanatorio de la Trinidad Mitre. Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Población: Reporte de un caso. Resultado: Se realizó esta técnica en una paciente, con diagnóstico de litiasis vesicular sintomática. Morbilidad 0%. Mortalidad 0%. Internación 24 h. Óptimo resultado estético. Seguimiento a un mes. Conclusión: Con la asistencia de los dispositivos quirúrgicos magnéticos, hemos logrado realizar tracción y contratracción de la vesícula, para la colecistectomía con un solo trócar, reproduciendo los pasos de la colecistectomía laparoscópica tradicional. Creemos que estos dispositivos, serán de gran utilidad al tiempo de realizar «cirugías sin cicatriz» |
| English abstract | Background: The benefits from traditional video-laparoscopic surgery may be improved through techniques increasingly less invasive, which reduce the parietal aggression and the risk of complications due to trocars. Objective: To communicate a case of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with a single trocar at the umbilica scar level and the assistance of magnetic surgical device, for the treatment of vesicular lithiasis. Place of treatment: Clinic of the Trinity-Mitre, Buenos Aires Autonomous City. Population: Report of one case. Results: This technique was performed on a patient having been diagnosed symptomatic vesicular lithiasis. Morbidity: 0%. Mortality: 0%. 24 hours of hospital stay. Optimum aesthetic results. A one month follow up period. Conclusion: With the aid of magnetic surgical devices, we have succeeded on performing traction and counter-traction of the gallbladder, to carry out the cholecystectomy with a single trocar, reproducing the steps of the traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy. We believe that these devices will be of great help at the time of performing «non scar surgeries» |
