| Spanish abstract | La educación es columna esencial de los derechos humanos, garantía del desarrollo sostenible, pilar invalorable de la democracia de la libertad y la paz de una nación, puesto que es imposible construir un país de primera categoría con profesionales de segunda, en razón de que no hay hombres y pueblos desposeídos, sino hombres y pueblos mal preparados para enfrentarse al fracaso y poder así hermanarse con el éxito. Entre otras consideraciones, el texto enfatiza que la educación para el tercer milenio es la garantía básica para el desenvolvimiento de la nación y necesita de suportes financieros para evitar la destrucción de los jóvenes como futuros ciudadanos |
| English abstract | Education is the essential support of human rights, the guarantee of the sustainable development, invaluable base of the democracy and the peace of a nation, once it is impossible to build a country of first category with second category professionals, for the reason that there are no man and people without assets but man and people not well prepared to face the failure and the power and come out with success. The work deals with the education in the third millennium. It emphasizes, among others considerations, that the education is the basic guarantee of the country and the necessity of development financial supports to education to avoid the destruction of the young as future citizen |
