| English abstract | Reflexions about linking Education and Law. Definition of Education in article 205 of the Federal Constitution. Complete and comprehensive, aims to fully develop the human potential in the search for a happy citizenship. Citizenship: Key condition of positive and creative participation in society, sense of community, inclusion. Equality: Condition for citizenship. Legal rights equality: One of the objectives of a legal democratic state. Constitutional Instruments that guarantee the rights and duties of individuals and groups. Access to justice: Material possibility and advocate of life’s prestige, dignity, and undeniable respect of people’s rights. Fair men guarantee better access to fairer decisions. Better education guarantees the basic knowledge towards that goal. Progressive improvement of educational conditions will guarantee a better society a true justice |

F.: abrangente e completo, visa desenvolver máximo das potencialidades humanas na busca da plena felicidade na cidadania. Cidadania: condição fundamental de participação positiva e criativa na sociedade, sentimento comunitário, inclusão. Igualdade: condição para a cidadania. Igualdade jurídica: um dos objetivos do Estado Democrático de Direito. Instrumentos constitucionais de garantia aos direitos e deveres individuais e coletivos. Acesso à justiça: possibilidade material e garantidora do prestígio à vida, à dignidade e respeito incorruptível aos direitos fundamentais do homem.
