| English abstract | The contemporary debate where the usefulness of the Magna Carta in force since February 5, 1917 is questioned, has forced the study and feasibility analysis in the elaboration of a new Political Constitution for the Mexican State. However, envisioning the process, agents and inputs necessary for such a titanic feat, with the desire to guarantee the new needs and fundamental rights to every person and citizen of the country; it will be better to propose a constitutional reengineering beyond the repeal and the creation of a new fundamental law |
| Other abstract | El debate contemporáneo donde se pone en tela de duda la utilidad de la Carta Magna vigente desde el 5 de febrero de 1917 ha obligado el estudio y análisis de viabilidad en la elaboración de una nueva Constitución Política para el Estado Mexicano. Sin embargo, avizorando el proceso, agentes e insumos necesarios para tan titánica hazaña, con el anhelo de garantizar las nuevas necesidades y derechos fundamentales a toda persona y ciudadano del país; resultará mejor proponer una reingeniería constitucional más allá de la abrogación y la creación de una nueva ley fundamental |
