| Spanish abstract | La pandemia provocada por el virus Sars-Cov2, comúnmente denominado como Covid-19, provocó que los Estados tomaran medidas de emergencia para tratar de evitar la propagación del virus y minimizar las terribles pérdidas humanas provocadas por esta enfermedad, entre las que destacaron las restricciones impuestas a la libertad de tránsito, de reunión y la obligatoriedad del uso de una mascarilla que cubriera boca y nariz; siendo esta última, junto a los programas de vacunación global, una de las medidas más complicadas de implementar, toda vez que implica enfrentar la libre decisión que tiene cada persona de usar o no usar mascarilla frente a la salud colectiva de la sociedad |
| English abstract | The pandemic caused by the Sars-Cov2 virus, commonly known as Covid-19, caused the States to take emer-gency measures to try to prevent the spread of the virus and minimize the terrible human losses caused by this disease, among which the restrictions imposed on the freedom of transit, assembly and the mandatory use of a mask that covers the mouth and nose; The latter, together with global vaccination programs, is one of the most complicated measures to implement, since it implies confronting the free decision that each person has to wear or not wear a mask in the face of the collective health of society |
